Starting or maintaining a business venture requires intentional actions from both staff and founders of the venture. The pride that comes with watching your business grow can be equaled to watching your  child grow through all the life phases and succeed . Not all business ventures would have the same structure but these elements are essential to cement every existing structure.

we will have this elements in in series, lets do this!
  1.  INTEGRITY:  “it takes 20 years to build a reputation and only five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that you will do things differently” Warren Buffet. Don’t make promises you can’t keep and keep the promises you have made. You have to gain credibility before your customers, as mundane as it may seem many business ventures have lost customers due to unreliability. Make sure customer’s needs are attended to and promises made are kept, don’t tell them your product can make them look 10 years younger when it can’t, customers appreciate your honesty.
  2.    APPEARANCE: “ how you dress is how you will be addressed” that saying is true, your staff should appear professional and smart at all times and also speak like professionals , most customers judge from the outer appearance before subscribing to your service. Your products should be well packaged and appealing to the eye to compel customer’s purchase. Your web sites, business cards and probably flyers should be done by professionals, pay the large sum and you won’t be sorry you did.
  3.  GOALS: don’t forget the actual motivation for starting your business. Your goals should be measurable, attainable, specific and realistic, Make it clear to your staff and if possible your customers. Don’t stray from your actual goal, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be ambitious.
  4.  BUSINESS PLAN: always have a detailed plan about your business year, you shouldn’t start a business year without a plan. Have plan on how much sales you are willing to make that year or month, how much you will be willing to charge customers, how to go about attracting new customer and maintaining the existing ones. This will serve as a guide for your business year.

5.       5.   CUSTOMER CARE:  you are in the business to serve your customer, your customer is king and you have to treat them like one don’t make them feel less. Some business ventures take this for granted but it should be your customers are important to your business; their testimonies and referrals for your business would go a long way. Customers will always go back to where they were treated right.
